The planned admission level for the school is eleven, which determines the maximum level of new entrants to the school each year.

Children can start school at Oldbury on Severn Church of England VC Primary School in the September of the year in which they become five years old.

Parents will receive information concerning the secondary education of their child at the beginning of Year 6. Oldbury-on-Severn Church of England VC Primary School maintains close links with Castle School and Marlwood.
