Protected Characteristics

At Oldbury on Severn Primary School, we actively promote respect for the nine protected characteristics across our whole school community. Through our curriculum, assemblies, collective worship and daily interactions, children learn about equality, fairness and the importance of celebrating difference. Guided by our vision to Love, Learn and Flourish, we foster a culture of empathy, dignity and mutual respect so that every member of our community feels valued and included.
